CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Thirty-nine members of an Aeta community in Capas, Tarlac were taken to a hospital on Saturday after showing symptoms of food poisoning, Capas Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan said on Sunday.

Catacutan said the Aeta from Sitio Bethel in Barangay Maruglo were treated at the Tarlac Provincial Hospital.

Catacutan said the villagers ate pork adobo, pork barbecue and pork menudo served at a feeding program initiated by a Bulacan-based nongovernment organization around noontime on Saturday. /atm
