The first water reservoir at Barangay Guadalupe in Carcar City, Cebu province, was inaugurated.

It was built to provide steady and ample supply of water to 12,641 residents (2015 population).

Barangay Guadalupe previously sourced its water supply from the Kabadang spring, but the barangay did not have a storage facility to provide enough water to every household.
