MANILA, Philippines — A portion of the Maysilo Circle in Mandaluyong City will be closed to traffic Monday to make way for the Hugpong ng Pagbabago’s (HNP) campaign rally, the City Traffic and Parking Management Department (CTPMD) announced.
If heading to Makati, motorists may take an alternate route and drive straight towards San Francisco St. to their point of destination.
