In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, Pagasa said the northeast monsoon or “amihan” will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the provinces of Visayas, Cagayan Valley Region, Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
It will also bring party cloudy skies over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, Pagasa said.
Pagasa said no flashfloods or landslides could be expected as an effect of the northeast monsoon.
