ORMOC CITY — A collector of a lending company was shot dead by a still unidentified person in San Julian town, Eastern Samar.

The victim was identified as Gerald Kim Lejis, 23,  a resident of Calbayog City in Samar who worked at ASA lending company.

Senior Inspector Wilfredo Monsanto, San Julian police chief, said in a phone interview that personal grudge could be the motive in the killing because the gunman did not take the victim’s bag containing P10,540.
