Today, Feb. 19, is the 78th birth anniversary of National Artist for Music Francisco Feliciano.
A composer, conductor and educator, he obtained his degree in composition from the University of the Philippines.
A Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra conductor from 1981 to 1986, he was a recipient of the Patnubay ng Sining at Kalinangan award from the City of Manila in 1983.
