Balut vendor killed in Balamban disco

A BALUT vendor was killed while his friend was wounded after they were shot in a disco in barangay Nangka, Balamban town, Cebu.

Dominador Quiamco, 58, of barangay Bato, Toledo City, died of multiple gunshot wounds in the body. Recardo Briones Pinili, 59, of barangay Sangi, Toledo City, was recuperating from gunshot wounds in the body.

Police identified the suspect as Eliseo Tero Maglasang, who fled after the attack.

Police said Quiamco and Pinili were sitting on a bench in a disco when Maglasang approached them and asked for money.

When the two victims refused to give any, the suspect drew a gun and fired several shots, said SPO1 Julius Obañana, desk officer of the Balamban police. CORRESPONDENT GABRIEL C. BONJOC
