DOTr opens Makati-Cainta P2P bus service

MANILA, Philippines — Premium bus operator RRCG Transport launched on Monday a new point-to-point (P2P) route linking Cainta, Rizal to Makati City.

According to a Facebook post by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Tuesday, the new P2P bus service has a regular fare of P90.

Meanwhile, students, senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs) are charged a discounted fare of P72.

The DOTr said the service has pick-up and drop-off points at the Robinsons Junction in Cainta and at Trasierra St. in Makati City.

Four buses run from Cainta to Makati and vice versa each day. The earliest trip from its Cainta terminal leaves at 5:30 a.m. and the last bus departs at 5:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, the first bus from Trasierra St. leaves at 7:30 a.m. while the last bus departs at 8:00 p.m. /muf
