1 more die from measles in Cebu

CEBU CITY — Another death due to measles was reported within a week after the last surveillance report.

The fatality is a 2-year-old from Camotes Island in Cebu, who died at the government-owned Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in Cebu City.

As the cases continue to rise, the Department of Health in Central Visayas has declared code white, which means that all physicians are on stand by. /lzb
