Expect light rain in Luzon — Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines – The northeast monsoon will affect the whole of Luzon where it is expected to bring light rain, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, Pagasa said Cagayan Valley, the Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, and provinces of Aurora and Quezon would have cloudy skies with light rain caused by the monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will also be affected and will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain.
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will prevail over the Visayas and Mindanao but due to localized thunderstorms.
Pagasa warned of possible flash floods during severe thunderstorms. /cbb
