LOOK: Comelec receives first batch of certificates of canvass for Feb. 6 BOL plebiscite

MANILA, Philippines — The National Plebiscite Board of Canvassers (NPBC) on Friday afternoon received the first batch of certificates of canvass (COCs) for the second phase of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) plebiscite.

Administrative Aide IV Jaime Salonga of the Reception Custody and Safekeeping group said the COCs containing the results of the plebiscite were received by the Comelec at 3:37 p.m.

The first batch of COCs came from Tulunan and Carmen, North Cotabato.

Another batch of COCs from Pigcawayan, North Cotabato, was received by the Comelec at 5:20 p.m. /jpv
