MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang declared special non-working days in select cities and towns in the Philippines for the month of February.
The non-working days are February 11 for Talisay City for its 21st Charter anniversary; Laoag City on the same day for the “Pamulinawen Festival” and Iriga City for the “Tinagba Festival.”
The Palace also declared a special non-working day in Kidapawan City in Cotabato for its 21st founding anniversary.
Parañaque City will also have a special non-working day on February 13 for its cityhood anniversary and the Taytay, Rizal for the “Araw ng Pasasalamat: HAMAKA Festival.”
A special non-working day was also declared in Bayawan City in Negros Oriental on February 18 for the “Tawo-tawo Festival.
Bago City in Negros Occidental will also have a special non-working day on February 19 to mark its 53rd Charter anniversary, Zamboanga City on February 26, its 82nd Charter anniversary, and on February 27 in General Santos City to mark its 80th founding anniversary and the 30th “Kalilangan Festival.”
