MRT-3 passenger arrested for bomb joke

MANILA, Philippines — A passenger was arrested after dropping a bomb joke at the Metro Rail Transit-3’s (MRT-3) Guadalupe station in Makati City Friday morning.

Police identified the suspect as Eddie Boy Pasojinog, 41.

Patricio promptly held Pasojinog for verification and reported the incident to her fellow security officers and police officers on duty at the station.

Pasojinog was placed under arrest and brought to the Makati City police for documentation and filing of appropriate charges. / gsg
