Chinese-American national dies after jumping off NAIA Terminal 3

MANILA, Philippines — A 69-year-old -Chinese-American national died on Friday after allegedly jumping off the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.

“Kagabi po yan nangyari. From fourth level to third level po, nakita pong duguan yung tao. Kagabi po, according sa reports, tumalon,” NAIA General Manager Ed Monreal said in an interview with Radyo Inquirer on Friday.

Monreal said airport authorities rushed the victim to Makati Medical Center, but was pronounced dead on Friday morning.

“Unfortunately po, this morning may balita po na namatay na ho yung tao, sa cardiac arrest po,” Monreal said. /muf
