THE VOLLEYBELLES of Liloan snatched their third win in a row after they downed Oslob, 25-18, 25-19, to gain a share of the lead in the standings, in the quarterfinals of the 7th Governor Gwen Garcia Unity Volleyball Cup yesterday at the Cebu International Convention Center in Mandaue City.

The win allowed them to tie Catmon with identical 3-0 (win-loss) records. Catmon came away with a dominant 25-2, 25-7 win over Oslob the other night.

Talisay also owns the same record after achieving the same feat late Wednesday night. The top two teams at the end of the quarterfinals will advance to the semifinals on Dec. 16.
