THE Cebu City Marriott Hotel (CCMH) marked the start of the yuletide season with their annual lighting ceremony of a Crocs Christmas tree.

Cebu City Councilor Margot Osmeña and Vice Mayor Joy Augustus Young led the guests in hanging the first two pairs of Crocs footwear on the Christmas tree located at the hotel lobby.

Now on its second year, CCMH once again partnered with Crocs footwear for the Crocs Christmas tree project.

The cash donation will be given to the Children’s Hour Foundation, while the 100 pairs of Crocs will benefit the children of Cebu City Task Force on Street Children headed by Councilor Margot Osmeña.

For Cebu City Marriott Hotel, Christmas is more meaningful when shared with the less fortunate.

Spirit to serve the community is a core value of Marriott International, which gives all the opportunity to give back to the community where it operates.
