MANILA, Philippines — The Bicol region and the Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms due to the tail-end of a cold front, the state weather bureau said Friday.

The rest of Luzon meanwhile will continue to experience the effects of the “Amihan” or the northeast monsoon , the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Meanwhile, the Cagayan Valley Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rain.

The rest of the country including Metro Manila will have fair weather and chances of isolated light rains, the state weather bureau said. /muf
