MANILA, Philippines—Malacañang on Tuesday said the initial and unofficial tally of the votes in the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) plebiscite validates a Social Weather Station (SWS) survey result which showed that majority of Muslims nationwide support the ratification of the proposed statute.
