The Bicol Region, Easter Visayas, Caraga, the Davao Region and the provinces of Camiguin, Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain due to the trough of the LPA, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Tuesday morning.
