NAGA CITY, CAMARINES SUR, Philippines — Police confiscated around P1 million worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) from two men who were arrested during a buy-bust operation in this city on Friday evening.
A police report said suspects Carlito Alegre, 37, a construction worker and Roel Lizano, 48, a barangay tanod (village watchman) were arrested during the sting in Barangay San Felipe at around 6:30 p.m.
Seized from the suspects were 165 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P1 million.
Police said Lizano is on their drug watchlist./muf
