Alteration of territory of a precinct or establishment of a new precinct
Suspension of elective officials and transfer of officers and employees in the civil service
Bearing, carrying or transporting firearms or other deadly weapons in public places
Use of security personnel or bodyguards by candidates, whether such bodyguards are regular members of the military or other law enforcement agencies
Organization or maintenance of reaction and strike forces or other similar forces
FEB. 12 to MAY 12
(Start of campaign period for senators and party-list groups)
Giving donations and gifts in cash or in kind
Appointment or use of special policemen, confidential agents and the like
MARCH 14 TO JUNE 12
Illegal release of prisoners
MARCH 29 TO MAY 11
(Start of campaign period for representative and other elective posts)
Appointment or hiring of new employees; creation or filling up of new positions; promotion or giving of salary increases, remuneration or privilege
Construction of public works, delivery of materials for public works and issuance of treasury warrant or similar devises for a future undertaking chargeable against public funds
Release, disbursement or expenditure of public funds
