MANILA, Philippines — At least 10 devotees fainted as the image of Black Nazarene reached San Sebastian Church for the Dungaw event on Wednesday.

In under a minute, a medical team assigned beside the church was suddenly swamped with devotees who needed medical assistance.

The Dungaw is when the Our Lady of Mount Carmel goes out of the San Sebastian Church to see historic icon before it is paraded back to the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene, or more commonly known as Quiapo Church. /atm
