MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 3.4 earthquake jolted Occidental Mindoro on Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported.
In its earthquake bulletin, Phivolcs said the temblor hit 16 kilometers (km) northwest of Abra De Ilog in Occidental Mindoro at 12:56 p.m.
The quake of tectonic origin had a depth of 100 km.
No damage or aftershocks were expected from the tremor, Phivolcs noted. /ee
