MANILA, Philippines — A fire erupted at a residential area in Quezon City on Monday morning, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.
Senior Fire Officer III Francisco Mabunga told INQUIRER.net that a two-story house located at Mayo Street, N.S. Amoranto Sr. Avenue, Quezon City caught fire at 10:35 a.m.
The blaze reached third alarm at 10:50 a.m. and was declared out at 11:05 a.m.
Mabunga said there were around 12 firetrucks that responded to the scene to put out the fire.
The BFP is still investigating the cause of the fire and the amount of damage it incurred on the properties. /je
