Fire guts warehouse in Ilocos Sur on New Year’s Day
BAGUIO CITY — A New Year’s Day fire razed a tire warehouse in the Ilocos Sur town of Santa on Wednesday.
Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the 11:45 a.m. blaze that spread quickly because of the tires and motor oil stored in the warehouse of the M.V. Sabalburo Construction and Supply Company.
It took an hour before the fire was put out. No one was hurt. /ee
