MANILA, Philippines — Several flights were canceled on Tuesday as inclement weather continued to persist over the country.
In an advisory, the Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) announced the following flights canceled as of 11 a.m.:

5J 5066 Manila-Tuguegarao
5J 5077 Tuguegarao-Manila

DG 6024 Manila-Cauayan
DG 6025 Cauayan-Manila
In the daily forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the northeast monsoon will be felt mostly in Luzon.
Cloudy skies with light to moderate rain would be experienced over the Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon.
The Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Central Luzon, and Bicol will also have cloudy skies with light rain due to the monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. /cbb
