MANILA, Philippines – The midnight rain showers did not discourage some folks in Metro Manila and nearby town to welcome 2019 with pyrotechnics and get some “good vibes.”
From Taguig to Marilao, Bulacan, the skies were illuminated by colorful fireworks after the countdown to cap the arrival of the New Year.
