MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) will be giving commuters free rides on Dec. 30, to mark the 122nd death anniversary of Philippine national hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal.
In a Twitter post on Thursday, the management of MRT-3 announced that free rides could be availed from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
MAGANDANG BALITA: Bilang pakikiisa sa paggunita ng ika-122 anibersaryo ng kabayanihan ng ating pambansang bayaning si Gat Jose Rizal, ang DOTr MRT-3 ay magbibigay ng LIBRENG SAKAY sa mga minamahal nating pasahero sa darating na ika-30 ng Disyembre, 2018, araw ng Linggo. pic.twitter.com/9FnsxqA2NA

Libreng makakasakay ang mga pasahero ng MRT-3 mula alas-7 ng umaga hanggang alas-9 ng umaga, at mula alas-5 ng hapon hanggang alas-7 ng gabi.
