Man drowns in Masbate sea mishap
LEGAZPI CITY – A man drowned after his motorized boat capsized off the waters of San Pascual town in Masbate on Wednesday morning, police said.
Mark Bartilet, 21, was on his way to San Andres town in Quezon when big waves hit his boat off the waters of Barangay Boca Chica, said Chief Insp. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, spokesperson of the Bicol police.
The body of Bartilet was fished out by fishermen off the said coastal village around 5:30 a.m. MAR S. ARGUELLES
