Man falls to death in Bacolod mall

BACOLOD CITY  –  A man fell to his death from the third floor of a mall in Bacolod City at 10:16 a.m. Tuesday.

He was reported to have been declared dead on arrival at a Bacolod hospital.

The mall’s media relations manager said that at 10:16 a.m., a male customer fell from the third floor.

He was attended to immediately by the mall’s emergency response team. The city’s Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office ambulance arrived within minutes to take him to the hospital.

The customer’s wife and the mall’s medical team leader accompanied the male customer in the ambulance.

The mall’s media relations manager declined to disclose names, condition, and other details, adding that the incident was under investigation.
