2 armed men torch bulldozer in Isabela

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela – A bulldozer being used for a reforestation project was burned at 10 p.m. on Monday (Dec. 10)  in Sitio (sub-village) Kapaltatan, Sindon Bayabo village here, police said.

The bulldozer, owned by Alexander Cruz and Ruben Molina Sr. of San Antonio-Centro in this city, was parked at the reforestation area when two motorcycle-riding men set it on fire with a piece of gasoline-soaked cloth.

Reforestation project leader John Rico said he saw the armed men speed away towards the barangay road.
