2 alleged drug pushers killed in QC shootout

Two suspected drug pushers were killed on Friday morning in a shootout with elements of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) in Barangay Kamuning in Quezon City.

Initial reports identified the slain suspects as alias “Nonoy” and an alias “Badong.”  Police said the two suspects sold five grams of shabu worth P13,500 to an undercover police officer during a bust along K-4 Street.

Police said the suspects sensed that they were transacting with a police officer, drew out guns ad opened fire. The other police officers then returned fire, killing the two suspects.

Police recovered a .45 caliber pistol and a .38 caliber revolver from the suspects, along with the suspected shabu, assorted  drug paraphernalia, and the marked cash used in the bust. /muf
