Cebu Pacific on Thursday apologized for the disruption of its services over the past two days due to tropical depression “Samuel” and other “associated technical difficulties.”
In a travel advisory, the airline company said their personnel are already assisting affected passengers at the airports.
“Our airport personnel are already assisting passengers at the airports and working towards accommodating affected passengers on the next available flights,” Cebu Pacific said.
The airline company said passengers are being notified about the changes on flight timings and status through the contact details they had provided.
“We encourage passengers to provide us directly with their updated contact details for personalized updates,” it said.
Cebu Pacific then appealed to its passengers for patience and understanding amid the inconvenience. /muf
