2 alleged drug pushers nabbed in Taguig City

Police on Tuesday arrested two suspected drug pushers in Taguig City and seized 100 grams of shabu worth about P680,000.

Arrested were John David Manaog, 34, and Datu Silungan, 19. Police said the two were arrested during a buy-bust operation inside a fastfood restaurant at South Signal Village, Barangay South Signal.

Police said the two are known drug pushers who operate in Metro Manila.

Manaog and Silungan will be facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said.  /muf
