328 of 556 pass board exam for geologists

A total of 328 out of 556 examinees passed the board exams for geologists, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday.

Dainty Clarice Rabang from the University of the Philippine-Diliman emerged as the topnotcher with a score of 85.40 percent, followed by Joriel Jan Agod of the University of Southeastern Philippines in Davao and Michael Anjoe Hambre from Adamson University, who both garnered 84.40 percent.

Meanwhile, the University of the Philippines was named as the top performing school with a passing rate of 98.59 percent.

The results of the November 2018 Board Licensure Exam for Geologists were released two working days after the last day of the exam.

It was administered by the PRC Board of Geology on November 13 to 15, 2018 at the PRC testing centers in Manila. /ee
