A 43-year-old construction worker in Tokyo, Japan was arrested for grabbing a 20-year-old student and telling her he’ll rub “just” her breasts.

Yoshimichi Nagashima was arrested and charged with sexual assault yesterday, Nov. 17, as reported by TBS News via the Tokyo Reporter on the same day. He admitted to the crime, telling the Tokyo Metropolitan Police that he molested the student because he was “unable to control [his] sexual desire.”

The police have launched an investigation to see whether Nagashima was also behind the similar crimes reported in the area.

In August this year, the suspect used a bicycle to follow a university student who was on her way home alone, the report said. After making sure no one was around during the time of the crime, he then came up behind the student and grabbed her.

“Let me just rub your breasts,” he said when he assaulted the 20-year-old.

The construction worker became a person of interest after the authorities examined the surveillance camera footage of the incident, the report stated. His arrest comes three months after the crime took place. Kate Matriano/JB
