The glitch-free streak of the Metro Rail Transit line 3 (MRT-3) ended on Saturday afternoon after a northbound train unloaded its passengers at the Gil Puyat (Buendia) station.

In a report on Saturday, the MRT-3 management said about 650 passengers were unloaded from the train at about 1:10 p.m.

The MRT-3 train stopped at the Gil Puyat station after its motor encountered an electrical failure, the line’s management said.
