PDEA operatives arrested Joseph Sahagun, alias “Seph,” 33, a resident of Barangay (village) Sta. Cruz, Nabua town in Camarines Sur province, in a drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Binitayan in Daraga, said PDEA spokesperson Cotton Talento.

Authorities had the suspect deliver the illegal drugs to an undercover agent posing as a buyer in a designated place along Lakandula Drive, Purok (zone) 3 at 8:45 p.m. Thursday.
