CAMP GEN ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan – A 33-year-old Chinese national was found dazed but alive in Bustos town on Wednesday (Nov. 7), three days after he was allegedly kidnapped outside the Solaire Resort and Casino in Pasay City on Sunday (Nov. 4).
Lou Hao was found alone about 12:30 a.m. by residents of Sitio (sub-village) Iwad in Barangay (village) Talampas, according to Senior Supt. Chito Bersaluna, Bulacan police director. Hao bore multiple abrasions but was otherwise in good health, he said.
Speaking through an interpreter, Hao claimed he was abducted by four Chinese men who demanded that he give them 100,000 HongKong dollars.
When he couldn’t give them the cash, Hao’s captors allegedly dragged him inside a vehicle and brought him to Bustos.
He was brought to the Castro Maternity General Hospital in Baliwag town before he was released to the Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group at the PNP headquarters in Camp Crame.
