The Philippine National Police (PNP) has ordered an immediate investigation into the death of human rights lawyer Benjamin Ramos.
“I have already ordered for the immediate conduct of investigation to resolve this incident,” Western Visayas Regional Director Chief Superintendent John Bulalacao said in a statement Wednesday.
Ramos, 56, was shot dead by two men riding-in-tandem last Tuesday night in Kabankalan, Negros Occidental. He suffered four gunshot wounds.
