Suspected shabu pusher nabbed in Pasig City
A suspected shabu pusher was arrested in a buy-bust by the Eastern Police District (EPD) at Purok Catleya in Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City on Tuesday night.
According to reports from the EPD, suspect Edward Angeles, 39 from M.H Del Pilar Street in Purok Catleya, was nabbed after he allegedly tried to sell shabu to an undercover police officer.
Seized from Angeles were eight sachets of suspected shabu worth P7,000 and the P300 marked cash used in the bust.
Angeles, who is now under the custody of the EPD’s Drug Enforcement Unit, will be facing charges for violating Sections 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) and 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) of R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. /muf
