Five drug suspects, including two minors, were arrested in antidrug operations in Caloocan City on Wednesday morning.

The Northern Police District said they targeted Francis Macalino, alias Tito, 48, of Tambakan Street, Barangay 35.

Police collared Macalino along Road 4, Barangay 35, after selling a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P500.

Also, Jester Gargoles, 20, John Brix Macalino, 18, and two minors aged 15 and 17, were caught while using marijuana.

Lawmen also seized four other sachets of shabu from Macalino, who faces charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Macalino, Gargoles and John Brix were brought to the Caloocan City Police’s Station Drug Enforcement Unit for disposition.

The two minors were referred to the Women and Children’s Protection Desk. They were set for transfer to the city’s Social Welfare and Development office. /cbb
