QUEZON, Isabela — The body of a man believed to have been summarily executed was discovered on Monday (Nov. 5) in Alunan village here, a belated police report says.

Senior Supt. Mariano Rodriguez, Isabela police director, described the unidentified man as having a large-build, and wearing a yellow t-shirt and a pair of yellow short pants.

The remains, which bore bullet wounds, were in an advanced state of decomposition.

Resident Roger Dela Cruz spotted the body as he set out to fix the water pipe at the canal to irrigate his farm. He alerted the police and village officials.
