Some 4,400 people have started visiting their departed relatives at the Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina City on Thursday, according to the Marikina City Police Station.

Police said that while they have confiscated items such as matches, lighters, spray paints from visitors, the situation remains peaceful. No deadly weapons or illegal drugs were confiscated.
