MMDA suspends number coding for ‘Undas’ Oct. 31 – Nov. 5
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced on Tuesday the suspension of the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program or the “number coding” scheme for the long “Undas” break.
In a text message, MMDA spokesperson Celine Pialago said the number coding scheme will be lifted starting Wednesday October 31, until Monday, Nov. 5.
Pialago however said the suspension of the scheme does not apply in the cities of Makati and Las Piñas. /muf
