The Halloween season is indeed among us, and this traffic enforcer found a way to give motorists on Edsa a spooky treat.
In a video uploaded on Facebook by Philippine Daily Inquirer photographer Richard Reyes, the traffic enforcer could be seen wearing a goat Halloween mask and seemingly dancing as cars sped past him.

He was said to be directing traffic along Edsa in Pasay City.
