Bong Go’s replacement is Duterte’s ex-beauty queen aide
President Rodrigo Duterte introduced Wednesday the “replacement” of former Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher “Bong” Go.
“Ang pumalit kay Bong, tumindig ka nga. Harap ka doon sa kanila. Tumindig ka,” Duterte said in a speech in Malacañang.
The President was referring to Police Sr. Insp. Sofia Loren Deliu, who stood up to acknowledge the Chief Executive.

Deliu, who joined the Miss Earth in 2015, has been Duterte’s aide de camp since he assumed the presidency.
While Deliu will takeover Go’s functions, Duterte’s trusted aide, however, said she would not be given the title of a SAP. /kga
