A portion of the Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) road will be closed to traffic on Sunday, October 28.
An advisory from the Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit (MDTEU) on Wednesday said the road closure is due to the Iglesia ni Cristo’s “Lingap Pamamahayag” event, which is expected to draw huge crowds.
The eastbound lane of the MICT road in front of the INC church in Binondo, Manila will be closed from 8 a.m. onwards. Meanwhile, one lane on Zaragoza St. — from Road 10 to Delpan St. — will serve as the parking and drop-off area of participants.
The MDTEU, however, noted that the actual closing and opening of roads will be based on actual traffic condition. /ee
