Alleged drug pusher killed in Cavite buy bust
SAN PEDRO CITY – An illegal drug pusher was killed in a buy bust operation in Tanza, Cavite on Wednesday.
Police identified the suspect as Arnel Torrejos.
A report from the Calabarzon police said the bust happened around 12:30 a.m. inside the Belvedere Subdivision in Barangay Paradahan 1.

According to police, an undercover police officer, posing as the buyer, was able to buy P300-worth of suspected shabu (crystal meth) from the suspect.
Police said Torrejos was about to be arrested during the bust when he suddenly pulled out a gun and opened fire. The police officers then fired back. Torrejos succumbed to his gunshot wounds on arrival at the hospital, police said. /muf
