LOOK: Duterte, Cabinet men sing their hearts out for charity

President Rodrigo Duterte and members of his Cabinet took a quick break from work to perform in a benefit concert in Pasay City, late Tuesday night.

Dubbed as “Awit ng Puso,” members of the Duterte administration sang their heart away during the benefit concert held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).

The concert was organized by the DU30 Cabinet Spouses Associations, Inc.

Also present during the event were the The Ryan Cayabyab Singers, Neocolours, and Duterte’s Cabinet secretaries and presidential advisers.

In an Instagram story posted by Audrey Tan-Zubiri, wife of Senate Majority Leader Miguel Zubiri, Duterte can be seen singing the OPM classic “Ikaw” as he is accompanied by partner Cielito “Honeylet” Avanceña on stage.

Communications Secretary Martin Andanar, Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panel, and Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea also shared the spotlight as they sang classic songs.

Also at the event were senatorial aspirants and former Cabinet members Harry Roque and Bong Go who had their own time up on stage.

Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez, Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, and Justice Secretary Menardo Gueverra were also among those who showcased their talent in singing.

Senatorial aspirant Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa and Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana had the time of their lives as they sang their hearts out during the concert. /cbb
